Ingredients you will need


Baked beans – 1 cup (store-bought canned or homemade)


Eggs – 2 (boiled, scrambled, fried – your choice!)


Whole wheat bread – 2 slices (healthier and more filling)


Butter or olive oil – 1 tablespoon


Salt and pepper – to taste


Fresh herbs (coriander or parsley) – optional, for garnishing

How to make it – step-by-step


1. First, heat your baked beans in a pan. You don’t need extra spices; just heat them on low heat until warm.


2. In another pan, add some butter or oil and cook your eggs. You can fry them, scramble them or boil them – whichever way you prefer.
