Ingredients For Making Curd Sandwich


• Curd- 1 cup


• Bread- 6


• Cucumber- 1


• Carrot- 1


• Salt- according to taste


• Capsicum- 1 finely chopped


• Black pepper powder- 1 teaspoon


• Red chilli powder- half teaspoon


• Chat masala- 1 teaspoon


• Coriander leaves- finely chopped


• Cabbage - finely chopped


• Butter


• Cheese







Method Of Making Curd Sandwich


1. First of all take one cup of thick curd. If the curd is thin then put it in a muslin cloth and hang it for 10-15 minutes so that its water will drain out.


 2. Now take thick curd in a bowl and add grated carrot, cucumber and finely chopped capsicum and cabbage to the curd and add black pepper powder, red chili powder, salt, chaat masala and green coriander and mix everything well so that everything gets mixed well.


3. Take 6 breads and apply the prepared curd mixture on them and put the second bread on top of it and prepare all the breads one by one in the same way.


4. First of all, heat the pan and add some butter and cook the prepared sandwich from both the sides till it becomes golden and crispy. If you want, you can also add cheese, this is optional.


5. Now cut the hot sandwich from the middle and put tomato sauce in one bowl and green chutney in another and curd in the third bowl and eat the curd sandwich with whoever you wish and meet such quick and spicy new recipe.




Suggestion

If making it for kids then add less amount of chilli.
