Avocado Toast – Ready in 5 Minutes, Tastes Amazing ! π
When you feel like eating something that is healthy as well as tasty, without too much oil and spices, without too much hassle, that can be prepared quickly and after eating you feel – yes, both your stomach and mind are full.
I have come up with just such a simple idea – avocado toast.
Yes yes, the same green avocado that looks a bit like butter. But when you mash it well and spread it on bread and eat it, then it is simply fun!

So let’s make tasty avocado toast.
Ingredients:
1 ripe avocado (neither too soft nor too hard)
2 slices of bread (anything – white, brown, multigrain, everything works)
A little salt
A little black pepper
Half a lemon (for juice)
A little olive oil (if available, otherwise normal will also work)
Optional – Tomato slices, boiled egg, chilli flakes, or some cheese

Method of preparation:
1. Cut the avocado – Remove the seed from the middle and take out its pulp with a spoon.
2. Make the mash – Put it in a bowl and mash it well, until it becomes like butter.
3. Add the flavour – Now add salt, chilli and a little lemon juice to it. Mix well.
4. Toast the bread – Make the bread lightly crispy on a toaster or pan.
5. Spread the avocado – Spread the prepared masala on the bread evenly.
6. Garnish – If you wish, add tomatoes, cheese, chilli flakes or a little olive oil.

The special thing is:
No butter, no excess oil – but the taste is so delicious! It is healthy, filling and looks classy too.
Avocado toast is as easy as it looks stylish. It is a tasty breakfast that gets ready in 5 minutes and your stomach will be happy as soon as you eat it. Try making it at home once and you will make it again and again!
